Choosing the right colors and design style is essential in order to create a beautiful and cohesive look for your space. This service is typically the first step in any project. I will work with you to develop a cohesive color scheme and style for your space. This includes a mood board with inspiration images and paint and/or wallpaper selections. The mood board includes 2 revisions if needed to fine tune the color scheme. Once we know we are on the right track, we use this as a foundation and add other services as needed for your project.
Space planning improves the flow and function of your space. This includes knowing the ideal size, shape and positioning of furniture, decor, storage and/or kitchen cabinetry, appliances and fixtures. This service includes a 2D floor plan with dimensions and furniture layout.
Have trouble visualizing the end result of your room? Just provide measurements of your room (measurement guide found on the Design Process Page) and I can create a 3D computer model and generate 3D rendered images with our color choices, examples of similar furniture, finishes and decor so you can really see how your space will be transformed!
This service is perfect for any kitchen or bathroom renovation. I will work with you to choose the perfect finishes such as new flooring, trim, fixtures, countertops, tiles, cabinetry, hardware and/or lighting to complement your color scheme and design style. This includes a fixture and finish schedule with digital material board.
This service is great for redecorating or for the finishing touches of a renovation project. I can provide examples of potential furniture and decor that fit the chosen color scheme and design style as well as your budget. These pieces will also be the correct proportions to ensure the flow is optimal in your room. This includes a sample board to help envision the results.
